Service provider clinician training session using Microsoft Teams - NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS)

Session overview

Each session will contain approximately 90 minutes of training with opportunities to ask questions. Please note each session covers the same content, so please only book onto one session.

The session is aimed at learners who will be using the service provider clinician roles, or wish to gain a better understanding of the roles.

By the end of the session delegates will be able to:

• identify and assess incoming referrals

• recognise different referral pathways and how they can be managed (advice and guidance, referral and clinical assessment services, appointment slot issues)
• manage outbound referrals
• monitor and action worklists appropriately
• generate e-RS enquiries and use them to implement quality assurance measures
