e-RS DoS mapping tool Q&A sessions
A series of Q&A sessions have been scheduled to support service definers when using the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) Directory of Service (DoS) mapping tool.
NHS England is introducing a standardised naming convention for all e-RS services within the Directory of Services (DoS). As part of this, all organisations will need to review and update their services to ensure they align with the new specialty and clinic types.
The sessions listed below provide an opportunity to ask questions about the DoS mapping tool.
We recommend that service definers review the demo video in the DoS news article, explore the mapping tool using their own service definer login and review the frequently asked questions on FutureNHS (login required) before booking a session.
Please note, these sessions are not training sessions. They are intended as an opportunity to ask questions and gain clarification on the mapping tool and its features.
Q&A sessions
The duration of each session is 30 minutes and limited to five attendees, so please only book a place if you have specific queries or require support.
