We’ve created a bespoke ordering route for buyers to purchase Associated Services that enable the reorganisation of general practices.
This ensures that when old practices close and new practices open, the process of transferring patient data is more straightforward.
Why we did this
Benefits
Helps users to find and order the correct Associated Service more easily when a merger or split of practices is required.
User feedback
Users did not know how or what to order if their practices merged or split. This meant that our finance team and suppliers often received incorrect ordering information from buyers.
