Global Service Recipients and planned delivery dates
About this change
We’ve streamlined the selection of Service Recipients and planned delivery dates. Both will now be applied to all items included in an order.
This means buyers will only have to select Service Recipients and delivery dates once per order.
Why we did this
Benefits
Allows users to select large numbers of Service Recipients more quickly and makes the process of applying planned delivery dates clearer.
User feedback
Making the functionality to upload Service Recipients using a CSV file more obvious and arranging them by ICB sublocation improved the selection process.
The process of applying different planned delivery dates to each Service Recipient was made clearer. This reassured users that they would get solutions and services on the correct dates.
