Amend orders

About this change

We’ve added the ability to amend orders placed via the Buying Catalogue. This allows buyers to make changes to an order instead of having to terminate it and create a new one.

Buyers can now add or remove Service Recipients and Additional Services to an existing order. 

Why we did this

Benefits

Allows users to make adjustments to their orders, such as adding Additional Services and adding or removing Service Recipients.

User feedback

Users said the ability to amend orders saved them time and effort and prevented confusion of having duplicate orders. It made correcting mistakes and making changes much quicker and easier.
