NHS Care Identity Service Authentication - Release 14.4.0

We are releasing an update to CIS Auth services on Wednesday 9 September 2026 between 2pm and 4pm.

There will be no downtime and smartcard authentication is not affected.

This release includes:

• security patching
• general maintenance
