Covid-19 National Services Scotland 2020 Non-Mandatory Request
Formal request from NHS Scotland for NHS Digital to establish and operate a system for the collection and analysis of information for coronavirus (Covid-19 ) purposes.
Purpose
Formal request from NHS Scotland for NHS Digital to support National Services Scotland (NSS) for COVID-19.
The Covid-19 National Services Scotland Non Mandatory request has been extended to 31 March 2022.
Legal basis
The request is made under section 255(1),(2), 256(1),(2) 257(3), 257(3),(4), 261(1), 261(4), (4)(a),(5), of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (the 2012 Act).
