Estates Returns Information Collection

ERIC summarises information relating to the costs of providing and maintaining the NHS Estate. This includes buildings and their condition, maintaining and equipping hospitals, providing services (such as laundry and food) and the costs and consumption of utilities.

NHS Surplus Land

The Surplus Land collection has existed since 2008 to provide information to the Department of Health and Social Care to ensure the efficient and strategic use of the NHS estate.

Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE)

Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) are an annual assessment of the non-clinical aspects of the patient environment, how it supports patients' privacy and dignity, and its suitability for patients with specific needs.
