Health Insight Survey dashboard

Users can explore survey findings by topic and population group, and view trends across survey waves. Topics include experiences of general practice, community health services, dental care, pharmacy services and NHS hospital waiting lists.

The dashboard is publicly available and can be used by anyone interested in Health Insight Survey findings. This includes members of the public, NHS England national and regional teams, integrated care boards, policy teams, researchers and other organisations using survey data to understand patient experience and support improvement across NHS services.

You can use this dashboard to:

• support service improvement, planning and policy development

• Charts now display more effectively on smaller screens, including mobile phones. 
• Keyboard navigation has been improved, making the dashboard easier to use and more accessible. 
• Chart tooltips are now larger and easier to read, with information presented more clearly. 
• The home page question flow chart has been updated to use dark text on a light background, improving accessibility. 
• The Time Series page now includes the following additional questions: GPP-005, GPP-016, PCY-034, and CHS-058.
