Mind the gender gap

The cyber security skills in the UK labour market 2023 report revealed that only 17% of the cyber sector workforce is female and just 14% of senior roles are filled by women. Cyber threats continue to evolve rapidly and require creative thinking from people with different perspectives to prevent against attacks. In this episode we discuss why there’s a gender gap in cyber security and explore ideas on how to get more women into cyber.
