Introduction
Google has released Chrome version 98.0.4758.102 for Windows, Mac, and Linux to address eight vulnerabilities. An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities to take control of an affected system.
CVE-2022-0609, a use-after-free vulnerability, could lead to corruption of valid data and arbitrary code execution and it is being actively exploited in the wild. CISA have added this zero-day vulnerability to their Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog.
