Introduction

VMware has released a security advisory for a vulnerability found in VMware Workstation and Horizon Client for Windows. An attacker with access to a virtual machine or remote desktop could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial-of-service in the Thinprint service and take control of an affected system.
