Introduction

Netgear has released a security update to address a pre-authentication command injection vulnerability in its NMS300 network management system. A remote unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to take control of an affected system.

Remediation advice

Affected organisations are encouraged to review the Netgear security advisory PSV-2020-0560 and apply the update.
