Dashboards can only be accessed via a secure Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).

COSD data improvement suite

Explore the Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD) data improvement suite of reports to support the monitoring of cancer data quality, ascertainment and completeness of key metrics such as stage, performance status and CNS indicator upon submission to the National Disease Registration Service (NDRS).

Key metrics in England

Explore the completeness of Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD) data for key metrics such as MDT stage, MDT performance status and clinical nurse specialist (CNS) indicator for NHS trusts in England from national, cancer alliance and provider.

Diagnosis by provider

Explore counts and proportions of Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD) data for Presents counts by specific grouping for diagnosis pathway (primary and non-primary), CNS contact, broad CTYA age group and basis of diagnosis.

Submission monitoring

Explore submission dates, counts and delta counts (change) for selected metrics in the submission by provider, cancer group and diagnosis pathway for dates of diagnosis in the current and previous year for the Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD) data.
