Contact Systems and Service Delivery

If you have technical issues with System and Service Delivery products or services, or would like to find out more about what we do, get in touch with us. All other enquiries should be directed to our main helpdesk.

You can:

  • phone us on 0300 303 4034 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays

If you have a general enquiry about an existing service, let us know in the email subject line. For example, if you're emailing about breast screening enter General Enquiry About Breast Screening.

Confidentiality and security

Confidentiality and data security are of the utmost importance to patients and to us. Please don't send any patient identifiable data or sensitive information when you contact us.

Change requests

We encourage our customers to raise change requests to enhance Systems and Service Delivery's products - in particular, where you believe that system changes would provide cost savings or overall system improvements.

Note: please complete all the details in the email form, otherwise we won't be able to correctly deal with your request.

Every change request raised will be carefully and fairly considered by the service owner. Where this group are happy that a reasonable business case exists, the change request will authorised for possible development.
