Our response
This document contains a table relating to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) applications received during the reporting years 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 by local authorities as part of the annual DoLS collection.
The applications are broken down by CQC location type and the quarterly figures are provided.
Please refer to the notes at the foot of the table when interpreting the data.
