Guidance on clearing your Browser/Java cache

To clear your cache, follow the instructions appropriate for your browser:

1. Click the Chrome menu  on the browser toolbar.
2. Select More tools.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. In the dialogue that appears, select the tickboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
6. Click Clear browsing data.​

1. Click the "..." in the the top right corner
2. Select Settings
3. Select Privacy, search and services on the left hand menu
4. Scroll down to the section Clear browsing data
5. Select Choose what to clear
6. For the Time range select All time
7. Check Cached images and files
8. Click Clear now

1. Click Start > Control Panel.
2. Locate and double click the Java icon in the Control Panel.
3. Click Settings under Temporary Internet Files.
4. Click Delete Files.
5. Select all boxes and click OK on Delete Temporary Files window.
6. Click OK on Temporary Files Settings window.
7. Click OK to close the Java Control Panel.
