Tell us if the NHS App causes any clinical safety issues.
The NHS App has been designed, built, tested and clinically reviewed with patient safety at its heart. As part of this commitment to safety we need to be kept informed of any clinical incidents that may arise from use of the NHS App, so that we can learn from them to ensure that we prevent recurrence wherever possible. If a clinical incident occurs then in addition to following your standard operating procedures at practice level, we ask that you also ensure we are informed by logging the issue with the NHS Digital National Service Desk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0300 303 5035.
