Stage 1 - engagement

Part of the HSCN customer journey for aggregated procurements.

As a customer of legacy Transition Network (TN) services (previously known as NHS N3), the HSCN programme team has been talking with you during the past year to:

  • help you understand the options for procuring and migrating to replacement HSCN services
  • help you with the development of regional collaborations where customers wish to come together and lead their own procurement
  • build centrally-managed aggregated procurements for those of you wishing to have NHS Digital lead your procurement

This engagement has been through roadshows, webinars, email and postal communications, and customer-focused meetings and workshops.

Whilst this continues today, we welcome any organisations that wish to begin their procurement and haven't yet been contacted to reach out to the programme through their Regional Migration Manager.

During this stage we wanted to understand whether you wish to form a collaborative procurement, join one of our centrally-managed aggregated procurements or self-serve on an individual basis.  

If you wish to lead your own collaborative procurement or individual self-serve you must demonstrate that you're ready to do so. Find further guidance on collaborative procurement or individual self-serve.
