Service definer Skype training for the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS)
Each session will contain approximately two hours of training with opportunities to ask questions.
The session is aimed at learners who will be using the service definer role themselves, or wish to gain a better understand of the role.
By the end of the session delegates will be able to:
- use the e-RS directory of services (DOS) to create and amend services
- understand and implement workgroups to give professional users access to referrals
- generate e-RS enquiries to understand activity and support provider resource planning
- recognise the link between directory set-up and referrer service searches
There are currently no sessions scheduled. Please return to this page in the near future as more sessions will be advertised.
