Digital Staff Passport - Release 2025.1.32

NHS Digital Staff Passport made changes to the service on 10 January 2025.

This release includes:

• changes to what users will see when verifying their identity in the employee portal
• a change to clarify some text around sharing credentials
• various changes to backend functionality to improve the stability of the service

The service was unavailable from 10.00am to 5.00pm on 10 January 2025.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that, when a release is complete, visitors to Digital Staff Passport may experience an error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
