Digital Redbook pilot toolkit

This page is for organisations in the pilot areas of London, Lancashire and Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire only.

The video on this page may not be viewable

We are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The toolkit aims to help the pilot areas to:

  • learn more about the programme and the benefits of Digital Redbooks
  • understand their readiness for Digital Redbook roll out
  • get prepared for Digital Redbook delivery
  • deliver a successful Digital Redbook go live

Until the pilot stage of the programme is complete, the toolkit will remain as a draft and will be updated alongside learnings from the programme.

Documents from the toolkit should therefore not be shared with any people or organisations outside of the pilot areas we have listed.

To help you on your journey, please start with this document as it provides information on all the documents available and who they are useful for.

We hope the toolkit helps you on your Digital Redbook journey.

Communications resources for pilot sites

We've developed a range of communications materials to help our pilot sites communicate with staff and parents about the Digital Redbook.

Find leaflets, posters and more information for staff to use. So you can support parents with the Digital Redbook pilot.
