Information standards notice and related medicines standards

Information Standard Notice (ISN) DAPB4013 puts in place definitions that are to be used when a health professional sends or receives patient medication and allergy/intolerance information, by computer system, between care locations. You can also learn more about the related messaging standards needed to meet the requirements of the ISN.
