NHS Apply for Care ID release 3.3.0

This is to notify you that release 3.3.0 will be completed on 9 January 2025.

Various bug fixes, including:

• steps to prevent applications from failing to process after being submitted
• improvements to photo ID and proof of address display for ID checkers
• improvement to inviter dashboard homepage display

If you have an RA manager or agent role and you would like to request a new domain to be added, check the CIS allow-list first, and then complete a webform request.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Apply for Care ID may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - ctrl F5
• clear your browsers cache - a quick way to do this is Ctrl+Shift+Delete
