Director, Core Services

Shan Rahulan is Director of Core Services within the Product and Platforms group of NHS England. The Core Services group provides the enabling services to make integrating with health technology in the NHS easier. This team manages the Spine and API platforms which connect thousands of health services together.

Previously, Shan worked in both the public and private sectors architecting and developing infrastructure services and policies such as the GOV.UK GovWifi service to make technology easier to use.
