Senior User Researcher

Tanja is a senior user researcher in the NHS App user-centred design (UCD) team at NHS England. She has been shaping products and services in UCD ways across different programmes and projects at NHS England since 2017. Recently she's been focusing on enabling the NHS App user researchers to do their best work and creating UCD ways of working to make services accessible and inclusive meeting the diverse user needs.
