Legal close dates of 31 March 2017 have been added to the previous organisations.

Further to our recent communications the changes to GP practice membership was due to be published on the 30 March 2017. However, in order to allow the parent join date field to be correctly aligned with a date of the 1 April 2017 we have had to defer publishing the practice parent changes until post 1 April 2017.

These changes will therefore be included in the next set of weekly files published on the 6 April 2017. With the exception of the GP Practice change to NHS Bradford city CCG (02W) which will be in the weekly file on the 20 April 2017 and the ODS May publication on 26 May 2017.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

The following organisation has changed its operating name; the legal name of the organisation remains the same.
