14 July 2017: A supplementary report has been published on the number of practices that have opened, closed or merged2 in England between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2017, as part of a regular publication series.

It shows the numbers of practices that have opened in all four regions of North England, Midlands and East England, South England, and London and compares it to the numbers that have either closed or merged over the same time.
