NHS Digital and Health Education England are calling on people who work in health and care to participate in their #DigitalReady online consultation.
The consultation is open to anybody who uses data and technology as part of their role, and invites people to share their opinions and ideas on what can be done to help improve their digital skills and knowledge. People's input will used to develop practical solutions to help the health and care workforce become digital ready.
Nic Fox, Director of Provider Digitisation and Programmes at NHS Digital said:
"The learning from this consultation has the potential to be truly transformative. It's amassing an incredible wealth of experience, ideas and knowledge, and the more responses that are submitted, the greater the pool of knowledge will be. The results will help to determine how the Building a Digital Ready Workforce programme will prioritise over the next four years. It will also enable us to understand and meet the digital skills needs and expectations of the whole of the NHS workforce."
The consultation takes the form of an online conversation.
It runs until 13 December 2017 and is totally anonymous. Participants can vote, comment and contribute as many times as they like.
