Update: NHSmail restored to all users

We can confirm that all accounts identified as having been locked out as a result of multiple login attempts were unlocked by 10.30pm last night.

We can confirm that all accounts identified as having been locked out as a result of multiple login attempts were unlocked by 10.30pm last night. 

If you are still having difficulties logging on, you can reset your account via the self service portal on the NHSmail site https://portal.nhs.net

If your issues remain following that, please contact either your local support desk or the NHSmail Service Desk on 0333 200 1133.
