Connectivity issues for some users of NHSmail through Outlook

We are aware that some users are currently unable to access NHSmail through Outlook.

We are aware that some users have experienced difficulty accessing NHSmail through Outlook this afternoon.

We’ve been working with suppliers and the issue has now been resolved. There may be some slowness tonight as the system stabilises.

Email also remains fully available through mobile devices or the NHSMail portal at https://portal.nhs.net 

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
