You can access MOLES via this page. To use this service you need to have a smartcard with the Role Based Access Code 'System Support Access Role' - code R8015, and have an account set up.

Set up a MOLES account

Contact the National Service Desk via the weblog (log-in account required) or call on 0300 3035035 to request an account. You will need to tell us your:

• name
• telephone number
• email address
• organisation (ODS) code (look up your ODS code),
• UUID number
