In response to your enquiry regarding hospital admissions for endometriosis, we have provided:
A count of finished admission episodes (FAEs) with a primary diagnosis of endometriosis, broken down by:
- mean and median age,
- admission method (emergency/waiting/list/planned), and
- mean and median length of stay (LoS),
- by hospital provider, for the year 2018-19.
Please note that this data does not represent individual patients as the same person may have been admitted into a NHS Hospital on more than one occasion.
