X: Numerator The sum of the number of council-supported younger adults (aged 18-64) whose long-term support needs were met by a change of setting to residential and nursing care during the year (excluding transfers between residential and nursing care) (figures 14 - 19).

The following SALT data items are utilised within the numerator for ASCOF 2A part 1.

The denominator for ASCOF 2A part 1 is not taken from SALT data. It is taken from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) mid-year population estimates.
