From June 2020, referral data will be collected in the Monthly Referral Return (MRR) data collection.

This version of the Monthly Activity Return collection has been retired and will be replaced by the Monthly Referral Return (MRR) data collection.

Background to the collection

The monthly activity return collects data relating to elective and non-elective inpatient admissions (FFCEs) and outpatient referrals and attendances for first consultant outpatient appointments.
