CYP609 Coded Scored Assessment (Referral)

At present, no scored assessments have been identified for inclusion in the NOA. If a future requirement is identified to capture a new assessment scale score (for example Short Warwick Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale), this guidance will be re-issued with appropriate advice.

CYP611 Observation

This data group provides the facility to capture a patient’s height and weight via a traditional value list data item. However, for the NOA providers are requested to submit these measurements via appropriate SNOMED CT codes as detailed in the CYP201 Care Contact and CYP202 Care Activity sections of this guidance document.

CYP612 Coded Scored Assessment (Contact)

At present, no scored assessments have been identified for inclusion in the NOA. If a future requirement is identified to capture a new assessment scale score (for example Short Warwick Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale), this guidance will be re-issued with appropriate advice.
