Guidance notes for Dental Working Patterns survey (2016/17 and 2017/18)

NHS Digital is conducting a survey on behalf of the British Dental Association and relevant government departments regarding dentists' working patterns, motivation and morale. The survey covers the years 2016/17 and 2017/18.
