Cyber risk framework workshop

We’ve created a risk framework to help your NHS organisation identify cyber-specific security risks and to align those risks to your corporate risk register. Find out how to join one of our workshops about the framework.

We’ve commissioned a specialist supplier (Dionach) to help you apply and maintain the cyber risk framework within your NHS organisation.

The two-day workshops will guide you to develop mitigations and associated actions. This service is for organisations who have already had an onsite assessment.

About the workshops

Day one

Training on the framework.

A walkthrough of risks to your organisation.

Day two

Third-party and supplier assessments.

How to integrate third party and supplier outcomes into your risk reporting.

What to prepare

The supplier will have already seen your onsite assessment remediation plan. It's helpful to have some documentation available in advance, including:

  • your organisational risk register
  • your information security risk assessment
  • a Data Security Protection Toolkit assessment (formerly the Information Governance toolkit)
  • a list of third-party partners and suppliers

After the workshop

After the workshop, the supplier will work with you to develop a clear action plan to help incorporate the cyber risk framework into your business.
