The Data Security Centre (DSC) is a part of NHS Digital that provides a number of security-related services to NHS organisations.

In order to improve its services, the DSC collects views and feedback from NHS organisations such as trusts, clinical commissioning groups and commissioning support units. The DSC collate the data before presenting the data to the Innovation Factory, which is part of the DSC, who may respond to your enquiry to gather more information about your feedback or suggestion.

What data do we ask for and why?

We ask you to volunteer some personal data  - specifically, your name, job title, email, and phone details. This is entirely optional and used for the sole purpose of being able to contact you if the DSC wish to discuss your suggestion further. If you do, it will not make you identifiable in analysis or reporting.

What happens to your data?

By entering your personal data as part of completing this questionnaire you agree that we will process your data in line with the research purposes agreed above and NHS Digital's privacy policy. We respect your trust and protect your privacy and therefore will never sell or share this data with third parties.

Your name, job title, email and phone detail data will be treated confidentially and only used by NHS Digital for the research purposes specified. This will be stored for a period of 12 months.
