Clinical Audit Platform
The Clinical Audit Platform is a web-accessible system for health and care staff submitting data across our range of clinical audits and registries.
It's a secure, flexible platform that joins up with existing NHS Digital services which provide Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) and Office for National Statistics (ONS) data, so we can make sure the power of audit data is maximised.
How to access the Clinical Audit Platform
Go to the Clinical Audit Platform and click 'sign in'. You will need to set up a single sign-on account if you don't already have one.
Once you have signed in, you will see any audits that you have access to.
To get access to individual audits, you need to register by using the registration form on each individual audit page. Use the same email address that you used to set up your single sign-on account.
Each individual audit has its own instructions on submitting data, which you'll need to follow.
