This is the final publication of the NHS Safety Thermometer by NHS Digital. NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) is now managing the NHS Safety Thermometer on behalf of NHS Improvement, including the collection and publication of the NHS Safety Thermometer data.
