Physical health

We offer:

  • eye test and glasses vouchers

Workplace adjustments

Being an inclusive employer means providing our colleagues with the tools and technology they need to effectively work wherever they are. 

We have a dedicated workplace adjustment team that considers a range of accommodations for physical, neurodivergent or mental health concerns such as:  

  • adjustments during recruitment 
  • workstation adjustments 
  • technology software/hardware adjustments 
  • adjusting the physical work environment 
  • adjustments to working arrangements 

Mental wellness

We have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, offering a confidential health and wellbeing service to colleagues and their families, both online and over the phone, with access to the following services: 

  • counselling – immediate access to 24-hour telephone counselling 
  • legal information services 
  • financial information services 
  • medical support team 

You will also have access to mental health first aiders.
