Our Networks

Diversity and inclusion at NHS Digital

Embrace Network

Embrace aims to open up conversations about race, and showcase diversity. Our Network helps people to realise the benefit in collaboration between different origins, languages, and highlights on how different people from different parts of the world can come together.

LGBTQ+ and Allies Network

A platform for all LGBTQ+ and their allies to encourage dialogue and consultation on all LGBTQ+ matters. It’s a space for collaboration, celebration, and an opportunity to build a sense of solidarity within the wider NHS Digital Community.

Ability Network

The Ability Network focuses on helping NHS Digital employees with long-term conditions, to make working life easier and more accessible. We run events like Purple Light Up, and the Neurodiversity and ADHD talk foundation, and provide specific career mentoring.

Women's Network

The Women’s Network celebrates the importance of women in the workplace. We run events for International Women’s Day and Ada Lovelace Day, and sessions to support with imposter syndrome, career development, domestic abuse, baby loss, and infertility.

Multifaith Network

Working together to create a culture of inclusiveness. Our Network's biggest event is Interfaith Week, where guest speakers highlight and celebrate faith awareness with NHS Digital employees. We also promote different cultural activities and training.

Family and Carers Network

Our Network’s mission is simple: to make NHS Digital a place where everyone has equal access to opportunities regardless of their working pattern, and where the skills we have gained due to our responsibilities as a parent or a carer are recognised and valued.

Multigen Network

Our Network enables staff of all ages at NHS Digital to work in partnership to prevent and challenge age discrimination. We want to ensure all our colleagues understand the support available to those preparing to retire, to give them the best transition possible.
