Sexual orientation

Our data shows that 20% of leavers chose not to declare their sexual orientation, whilst the sexual orientation of a further 33% of leavers was unknown. We also found that:

• 45% of leavers with a declared sexual orientation were heterosexual which is below the workforce profile (72%)
• 49% of employees who responded to the survey did not state their sexual orientation and 2.1% made up the LGB group
