How we use the information (processing activities) To get a user account to access the system, users need to submit their name, email address, organisation and phone number via our registration from. Registration to the Primary Care Web Tool (PCWT) allows users to submit data for the Primary Care Workforce Minimum Data Set. Internet Protocol (IP) address information and website cookies are captured as part of the functioning of the system, to ensure it delivers the correct functionality for the individual user.
