NHS Pathways Intelligent Data Tool is a dashboard platform that indexes the real-time 111/999 telephony data that comes into NHS Digital. This is an externally accessed web application that NHS 111 or 999 providers and commissioners can access for business intelligence. The data is used for service development purposes.
