For information: Using Microsoft Teams for outbound calls this winter

23 November 2022: Using Teams for outbound calls enables practices to free up capacity for incoming calls. Apply for a license.

Date:: 23 November 2022

Free licenses are still available for GP practices and primary care networks to use Microsoft Teams for secure outbound calls. This frees up capacity with current telephony suppliers for inbound calls over the busy winter months. Additionally, outbound calls can be made from any device with Teams to support remote working.
