NHS surplus land collection 2019 (accelerating the release of public sector land for development) Data Provision Notice
Overview
This collection is for surplus and potentially surplus land owned by the NHS which is likely to be disposed of up to 2025 or beyond. It also records potential housing capacity on land area sold in the financial year of disposal.
The data is collected once a year through the online Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) system.
