Friends and Family Test (FFT) staff non matrix Data Provision Notice
The staff friends and family test was introduced in April 2014 to allow staff feedback on NHS services based on recent experience. The staff friends and family test is a more frequent feedback mechanism than the existing NHS annual staff survey, and allows more regular feedback. All NHS Trust staff will be eligible to participate in the staff friends and family test at least once a year.
