Our values form part of our staff's continuing professional development.

    Behaviour

    We are clear

Everyone is clear about the things that matter most, our purpose, direction and objectives, our roles and responsibilities and our customers' and clients' needs.

    We are empowering

We enable ourselves and those around us, including our clients and customers, to perform at their best, at the things they are best at.

We are passionate about what we do, we focus on our goals and explore the best ways of achieving these.

    We are collaborative

We work together to have a greater positive impact on all our stakeholders. We ask for help whenever we need it and we value the diverse perspectives that others bring.

    We are constructive

We look for solutions, not problems. We challenge others courageously but sensitively in pursuit of a better outcome: ideas, processes, conventions. In turn, we give others permission to approach us and challenge us constructively.

    Equality and diversity

We encourage people from different backgrounds to apply.

Our equality and diversity policy has helped us to create a respectful and inclusive work environment.

We are a Disability Confident employer. We welcome and support disabled people applying for roles with us.
